I don't swim in the shallow end of the pool. When I encounter a task, I take it to the deep end. I am fully immersed in the task, willing to do whatever it takes to make sure it is taken care of. Not all employees are like this, but there is something about the passion and drive that I have for my work. I easily love whatever I am up against.
A particular client, calls about once a week with new situations to take care of. I have built a better understanding of my job, my company, and the work that is being asked. I have assisted in making special exceptions for this particular client, which has allowed my understanding has further grown. I am able to work with different department members to see how their job works. I enjoy this new insight and understanding.
When I agree to assisting a client, I make it a goal to get back within a reasonable time frame, as agreed with our clients. I usually can make that time frame a mere few hours. The more I take on, the more dedicated and focused I must be in carrying though. I am going to continue to set my expectations of myself high in order to better assist our cliental.
